So, what's different? Boss & Associates focused on traditional search; recruiting and placing key talent and assembling top performing sales organizations. Our founder, Cindy Boss, reformulated the legacy business and identified a novel way to create distinct value for her contacts throughout the industry. Her vision: Bring together the fabulous 'Keepers' and 'Companies of Choice' in one forum and build a private, select network for top talent and top companies designed to provide preferred exposure, access, collaboration, and opportunity.
